Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, emails, or chat
  • Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging interactions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on customer cases
  • Identify potential quality issues and escalate cases when necessary
  • Adhere to processes related to returns, escalations, and compensation
