Job Description
Job Title: Retail Event Sales Executive

� Location: Suncity Success Tower, Sector 65, Gurugram
�
� Type: Full-Time

�💻 Experience: 1–5 years
�
� Travel: ~10% across NCR
�
� Compensation: ~₹35,000/month + uncapped incentives
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to curate personalized events
Suggest event concepts, F&B options, décor styles, and more
Build trust with clients and drive closures by offering end-to-end event curation
Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless execution post-confirmation
Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams for lead insights and conversion strategies
