Job Description
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates for our Domestic Collection Process.
The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding pending EMI, overdue payments, outstanding dues and convincing them for timely repayment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for pending payment recovery.
- Remind customers about overdue EMI / bills / loan dues.
- Negotiate repayment and commitment dates.
- Update customer response and remarks in system.
- Maintain daily call records and collection report.
- Follow up regularly till payment closure.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Hiring Requirements:
- Fresher and Experienced both can apply.
- DRA and Non-DRA both can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge must.
- Candidate should be comfortable with target based calling process.
- Candidates with Telecalling experience in non-collection process can also apply.
