Analyst
As a team member Analyst in the Account Management Support- DQM, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure proper data quality management, data input, data integrity.
•Ensuring proper contact validation of accounts and contacts updates, Opportunity and engagement cleanups, solving user queries and working on reporting/ dashboards •Enabling the users to navigate through the MSD systems to ensure Data Governance. •Attaining good understanding of the data held within the MSD/ SAP / IBS systems and a willingness to learn more as required. •Identifying integration anomalies between these system and finding resolutions to ensure high standards of data quality is maintained •The role will consist of a mixture of regular ongoing and ad-hoc activities that are essential to CRM team. •Offer guidance and assistance through functional mailbox on all client segmentation issues. All queries raised will require some degree of investigation and the respondent will need to be aware of applicable procedures and requirements •Attaining a full understanding of CRM including creating and editing "views"; creating and editing dashboards. •Be able to priorities work tasks effectively to meet deadlines. •Have exceptional attention to detail and take responsibility for checking their own work and quality •Participate in weekly and monthly Team meetingsEducational qualifications
•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 instituteWork experience
•0-1 year of business relevant experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage). Data management experience preferred.Experience Level
