Analyst- General Accounting

What this job involves:

• Be a part of a team sizing between 9-10 colleagues
• Produce annual budgets and coordinating with the stakeholders
• Produce annual and ad hoc reconciliations in accordance with agreements and timescales
• Produce an expenditure schedule which is fully reconciled and include back up for all accruals, prepayments, and transfers
• Coordinate with Auditor, FM, and Surveyor for preparing the reconciled expenditure
• Produce an income schedule which is fully reconciled.
• Liaise directly with the Surveyor to prepare apportionment schedules in the agreed format
• Proactively flag work items at risk of missing KPIs to supervisor whenever necessary
• Submit to Accounts Manager for internal audit review and action any review points
• Ensure completion of steps in an accurate and timely manner to instructions and procedures       
• Adhere to Quality Assurance and Compliance procedures
• Help create macro based excel templates to improve processes and reduce manual tasks
• Coordinate with Auditor, FM, and Surveyor for preparing the reconciled expenditure

• Accounting Background - BBA (provided you have commerce in 12th) B. Com/M. Com/MBA Finance)
• Fresher or experience up to 2 years in the Finance and Accounts Domain
• Strong accounting knowledge, including accruals, prepayments, re-class
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and email at a moderate to advanced efficiency
• Adequate knowledge of MS-Excel- Pivot, V-lookup, formulas
• Real Estate Knowledge and Lean Knowledge will be an added advantage
