- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
