Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Sales Administrator Operations!
In this role, you will oversee and optimize sales administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the sales cycle. This role involves driving process improvements, implementing automation, and providing actionable insights through data analysis. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
•    Guide the sales administration team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
•    Monitor and enforce compliance with pricing policies, discount structures, and regulations.
•    Oversee CRM and ERP data integrity; implement governance standards and periodic audits.
•    Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for leadership using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
•    Identify process bottlenecks and lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
•    Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve escalations and streamline workflows.
•    Prepare and review SOPs, and process documentation for system enhancements.
•    Drive training programs for team members on tools, compliance, and best practices.
•    Report KPIs and performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements.
•    Manage escalations from customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
•    Lead weekly process reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and errors.
•    Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
•    Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet SLAs and peak demand periods.
•    Prepare executive summaries and present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
•    Structured Problem Solving: Hypothesis driven approach; clear prioritization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
•    Rich years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis
•    Certifications preferred: Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel.
•    Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ERP platforms
•    Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
•    BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation and analytics.
•    SQL for data extraction and reconciliation.
•    Workflow automation and process optimization experience.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
