Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster stakeholder engagement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of business process architecture and integration with technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into actionable technology-enabled models.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance and reporting standards within enterprise resource planning systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
