Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Support Executive to provide structured business and administrative support to the Operations Head, HR Head, and Finance Head.

This role combines executive office management with light strategic coordination. The position will help streamline leadership workflows, ensure strong follow-ups on key priorities, and support decision-making through structured presentations and reporting.

1. Leadership Coordination & Priority Tracking

  • Track key action items emerging from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Assist in organizing and summarizing business priorities.

  • Prepare structured updates on ongoing initiatives for leadership review.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Operations, HR, and Finance.

2. Business Analysis & Presentation Support

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, decks, and executive summaries.

  • Compile and structure data from multiple departments into concise reports.

  • Support monthly and quarterly review presentations.

  • Maintain trackers and dashboards for performance monitoring.

3. Executive Office Management

  • Support leadership with essential executive coordination such as scheduling, meeting documentation, travel logistics, and record management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 7–10 years of experience in executive support, business operations, consulting, or coordination roles.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to think structurally.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • High ownership mindset with exceptional follow-up discipline.

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
