Job Description

**Advanced Excel and Power Point experience is mandatory to apply for this position**

Job Description 

• Should be aware about Market research industry, tables and charting.

• Enthusiastic to learn and grow within the function 

• Should be able to understand the end-to-end process and identify avenues of process improvement 

• Fast thinking, crisp communication and problem-solving skills 

• Responsible for timely delivery of end products with high quality 

• Should be able to learn upstream and downstream processes to be efficient in current role and ensure quality delivery 

• Should be flexible with respect to shift timings 

• This role requires both individual ownership of charting tasks and active collaboration with team members 

Key Activities 

• Pulling numbers from tables into power point slides according to the received specifications while efficiently leveraging Excel formulas 

• Must be aware of how tables are reported in market research industry and be able to pull in data into slides 

• Is responsible for checking the accuracy of all provided deliverables 

• Should have a creative and analytical mindset which would enable preparation of great quality slides and enhance existing ones 

• Should be able to communicate with internal clients in various countries through Microsoft team meetings 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor of Commerce/Science/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or IT 

• Experience in Market research is an advantage, but not a necessity 

• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines 

• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail 

• Good analytics skills and aptitude for operational processes 

• Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency 

• Technical skills: Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
