Should be aware about Market research industry, tables and charting.
Enthusiastic to learn and grow within the function
Should be able to understand the end-to-end process and identify avenues of process improvement
Fast thinking, crisp communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible for timely delivery of end products with high quality
Should be able to learn upstream and downstream processes to be efficient in current role and ensure quality delivery
Should be flexible with respect to shift timings
This role requires both individual ownership of charting tasks and active collaboration with team members
Key Activities
Pulling numbers from tables into power point slides according to the received specifications while efficiently leveraging Excel formulas
Must be aware of how tables are reported in market research industry and be able to pull in data into slides
Is responsible for checking the accuracy of all provided deliverables
Should have a creative and analytical mindset which would enable preparation of great quality slides and enhance existing ones
Should be able to communicate with internal clients in various countries through Microsoft team meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce/Science/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or IT
Experience in Market research is an advantage, but not a necessity
Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines
A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
Good analytics skills and aptitude for operational processes
Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
Technical skills: Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
