 What You’ll Do 

• Expand the scope of business in existing portfolio
• Retain clients and establish strong, enduring connections
• Improve profitability through revenue growth and cost reduction
• Identify and plug volume leakages
• Expand existing relationships for incremental transactions and volume both regionally and globally
• Increase hotel adoption and drive the usage of OBT
• Work together with internal and external collaborators to achieve flawless goal execution
• Conduct comprehensive client reviews at local, regional, and global levels
• Effectively handle customer issues
• Address other ad-hoc account-specific requirements

What We're Looking For 

• Contingent with 7-10 years experience in managing diverse client portfolios, in Corporate Travel

• Impeccable record of driving profitability and upsell within existing client relationship

• Graduate in any stream. Commerce and Business will be preferred

• Excellent business communication skills

• Pro in MS Excel, presentation skills and business proposal documentation
