Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud migration strategies ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for deployment and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud environments and migration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
