Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and capabilities to create comprehensive solutions that deliver significant value. The architect ensures that all aspects of the solution align closely with the client s strategic objectives and organizational goals, while coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and maintain competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices-based systems.
- Experience with API design and management to enable seamless integration across services.
- Ability to architect solutions that balance performance, security, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud-native principles and deployment models to support flexible and agile architectures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex architectural challenges and providing practical, effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
