Employee Experience Executive
Role Description:
The Employee life cycle processes owner is responsible for driving all HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit. This includes governing and managing the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of employee data across global HR systems and processes. This role ensures seamless transactions across all processes such as Payroll, leaves, transfers, employee information changes, ELC letters and exit. Acting as a driver of employee processes, this role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance teams to deliver a consistent, secure, and efficient data management framework across multiple geographies.
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Run all employee lifecycle transactions (confirmation, transfers, promotions, leaves, exits, letter generation) as per the process
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all lifecycle activities as per organizational policies.
- HR Systems administration:
- Act as the POC for HR for facilitating any system enhancements, troubleshooting and access management
- Manage system reporting and ensure consistent data across different HR systems
- Employee Lifecycle Data Management:
- Perform accurate and timely updates for joiners, movers, and leavers in the HRIS.
- Monitor data quality for organizational structures, job profiles, compensation, and personal information.
- Payroll support
- Support in managing discrepancies in payroll information in coordination with the payroll vendor.
- Ensure all bonus payouts and other one- time payments are processed as per defined guidelines.
- Offboarding Management
- Support F&F settlement processing, ensuring 100% SLA compliance on timeliness and accuracy.
- Enhance employee experience during exit through smooth coordination, documentation, and closure
- Monitor exit workflows and compliance checkpoints to ensure smooth offboarding, timely closure of activities, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a point of contact for HR data queries and escalations.
- Partner with regional HR Ops teams, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in systems across HR technology landscape (SuccessFactors experience is preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
