Job Description & Summary:  

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably supporting Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) integration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in gathering data integration requirements, defining mapping logic, performing source-to-target mapping, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications. 

Responsibilities: 

Gather, analyze, and document business and data integration requirements for IICS-based integration projects; define and validate source-to-target mapping logic across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems; analyze data flows and identify gaps, dependencies, and integration impacts; translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation; coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, data engineers, QA teams, and integration architects to ensure clear requirement alignment; facilitate requirement workshops and discussions to resolve ambiguities and finalize scope; support requirement validation, testing, reconciliation, and defect clarification using SQL, Excel, and related tools; maintain documentation in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart; support Agile or Waterfall delivery processes for integration and ETL initiatives. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

5–8 years of experience in business analysis with exposure to data integration or ETL projects; hands-on experience supporting Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) integration initiatives; strong understanding of IICS connectors, transformation logic, and integration workflows; proven experience in requirement gathering, source-to-target mapping, data flow analysis, and mapping documentation; working knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, and enterprise application integrations; proficiency in SQL and Excel for requirement validation, data analysis, and testing support; experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirement management; excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred skill sets: 

Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart; understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies within integration and ETL projects; ability to facilitate workshops, align requirements across business and technical teams, and work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
