Job Description & Summary:

Support Business Operations, enterprise pricing, commercial structuring, and business analytics initiatives across advisory and consulting engagements. The role will contribute to improving deal quality, margin discipline, and decision support for leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Support bid pricing, financial modelling, and commercial structuring for proposals and engagements
  • Develop cost models, pricing frameworks, and margin analysis
  • Internal cost Analysis
  • Track post-approval outcomes, deal performance, and investment effectiveness
  • Build management dashboards, MIS, and leadership insights
  • Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and competitive pricing studies
  • Support process standardization and pricing governance frameworks
  • Coordinate with business, finance, risk, and leadership stakeholders

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred
  • Understanding of pricing, costing, margins, and commercial constructions
  • Structured thinking and data interpretation

Preferred skill sets:

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and execution discipline

Years of experience required:

4 – 8 years

Education qualification:

CA / MBA (Finance/Strategy/Operations) / CFA
