Job Description  

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions 

 

*Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks for SAP projects including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 

  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking SAP project delivery. 

  • Develop, collect, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and status reports. 

  • Facilitate regular PMO meetings, steering committee presentations, and project reviews. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SAP best practices. 

  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies; collaborate with stakeholders for resolution. 

  • Manage project documentation including project charters, scope statements, change requests, and lessons learned. 

  • Support financial tracking including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management related to SAP initiatives. 

  • Coordinate communication across SAP functional and technical teams, business units, vendors, and third-party partners. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP project delivery lifecycle. 

 

 

*Mandatory skill sets 

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred. 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a PMO role supporting SAP implementations or SAP-related projects. 

  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and associated project delivery methodologies. 

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, MS Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

 

*Preferred skill sets 

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology. 

  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager. 

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. 

  • Understanding of ITIL processes
