Responsibilities

• Assist the seniors in execution of the Annual Risk Compliance Program for the Firm which includes implementation of global and local risk management policies and testing thereof to identify control gaps.
• Assist in rolling out and monitoring the Annual Ethics & Independence Compliance Confirmation process for the Firm.
• Be a part of the Compliance Testing process. This would involve testing the engagement set-up activities and assessing effectiveness of controls to identify gaps. This would require good working knowledge of firm policies.
• Take responsibility of documenting and getting the testing done for the SOQM controls allocated to you.
• Qbox review (for partner exit) – timely completion of reviews.
• KRisk and various automation tools– Assisting the teams with the workflow tools through timely resolution of queries.
• Risk Compliance queries: Timely and appropriate closure of risk compliance queries.
• Assist with the Data Leakage incident raised, and appropriate closure.
• Assist with the automation of various processes within the risk compliance function.
• Be part of the training monitoring process, evaluate the cases raised if there was any unethical incident and appropriate closure of the case.
• Take responsibility of media monitoring tool.
• To assist with any additional projects as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/ CS/ ICWA/MBA / M.Com
• 6+ years of experience in auditing /internal auditing/ compliance.
