Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of language model capabilities with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and their application to language model training.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement efficient data preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- Skilled in optimizing computational resources for training and deploying large models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
