Inviting applications for the role of Manager - IT Program Manager 

 
As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning and governing a portfolio of complex initiatives across Corporate IT. This role focuses on end-to-end program ownership, ensuring alignment with business strategy, financial outcomes and enterprise standards. You will lead large, cross-functional programs spanning IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Development and AI/ML & Agentic solutions working closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders and external partners. This role requires comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments, shaping clarity and translating emerging technologies into measurable business value. 

Responsibilities 
Program Leadership & Governance 
•    Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple interdependent projects within one or more IT transformation programs. 
•    Define program vision, success metrics, delivery roadmap and phased execution plans. 
•    Establish and run program governance structures, including SteerCo’s, cadence reviews and executive reporting. 
Strategic Planning & Delivery 
•    Translate enterprise IT strategy into actionable program roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies and outcomes. 
•    Coordinate and drive execution across multiple high-impact initiatives while managing evolving priorities. 
•    Ensure alignment between program objectives, business outcomes and IT delivery standards. 
Financial & Resource Management 
•    Own program-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and benefit tracking. 
•    Track spend, resource utilization and ROI across the program; provide regular performance and financial reports to leadership. 
•    Drive productivity and cost-optimization initiatives across the program portfolio. 
Stakeholder & Vendor Management 
•    Act as the primary interface for senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. 
•    Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and suppliers; ensure contractual commitments and outcomes are met. 
•    Influence and collaborate across functions to resolve risks, dependencies and escalations. 
Risk, Dependency & Change Management 
•    Proactively identify and manage program-level risks, issues and inter-project dependencies. 
•    Lead mitigation planning and course-correction where required to keep programs on track. 
•    Drive effective change management and communication across impacted teams. 
Standards, Reporting & Continuous Improvement 
•    Ensure consistent adherence to program management frameworks, PM tools and Monday.com/DevBoards. 
•    Maintain high standards of documentation across all phases of the program. 
•    Drive continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness, governance maturity and stakeholder satisfaction. 
Success Measures 
•    On-time and on-budget delivery of program milestones. 
•    Realization of committed business benefits and productivity gains. 
•    High stakeholder confidence and effective executive communication. 
•    Strong governance, risk management and audit-ready documentation. 
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum Qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.Tech), MCA, MBA (IT) or equivalent from a reputed university. 
•    Professional program/project management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ACP, CSM or equivalent. 
•    Relevant years of experience in program and/or large-scale project management roles, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
•    Proven experience leading enterprise-wide IT transformation programs, preferably across Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Development, and Digital/AI initiatives. 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent projects, large budgets, and diverse stakeholder groups in complex organizational environments.
