Manager - Securitization - ABS

Roles & responsibilities
Operate, lead and deliver on securitization engagements related to asset-backed securities (ABS), residential backed securities (RMBS) and warehouse facilities
Asset cashflow projection and structured debt modeling. Familiarity and mastery of securitization cashflow modeling related to various asset classes such as: Consumer Loans, Equipment, Solar and Digital Infrastructure
Review assets/collateral, model, due diligence reports to confirm accuracy; prepare client AUP deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and work papers supporting our findings
Review due diligence procedures related to securitizations of various securities collateralized by loans, leases and receivables
Review workpapers and final deliverables supporting our findings
Contribute to and execute the growth strategy of the team(s) including markets / products to be addressed, and create skill sets and structures / org. to facilitate the growth and scalability 
Look after recruitment, learning and development and performance management

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Advanced understanding of securitization market, understanding of regulatory standards relating to structured products
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, business writing/verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task many activities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management) are good to have. Weightage will be given to relevant experience.
Work experience
The candidate must have 8+ years of related working experience in structured finance domain
