About the Role:
Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, etc.).
Monitor daily operations and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for timely execution of work.
Assist in preparing budgets, technical reports, and MIS for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations across technical operations.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and support sustainability practices.
Lead and guide a team of technicians, ensuring skill development and adherence to SOPs.
Respond to escalations and provide quick resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
Support in audits, inspections, and certifications related to technical systems.
Contribute to CAPEX and project-related activities including installation and commissioning of equipment.
Strong knowledge of technical systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC, Fire & Safety, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and vendor management abilities.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
