Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to optimizing operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of application deployment and management in production environments.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
