Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and combine relevant information. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology implementation by carefully analyzing and designing effective strategies for organizational growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and integrating technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex business scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for documenting business requirements and workflows.

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
