Project Role : Program/Project Management Lead
Project Role Description : Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- - Responsible for working with Project Staff to define& document requirements & updating documentation in JIRA.
- Conducting thorough requirements analysis to support mainframe modernization and cloud migration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Providing expert guidance on requirements analysis to project teams.
- Conducting testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of solutions.
