Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance application stability and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ping Identity.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting authentication and authorization issues in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of Ping Identity solutions with various applications and platforms.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve application support challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Ping Identity.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
