Senior

We are seeking a skilled professional (Senior/Team lead) to join our US Advisory team in DE&M capability, focusing on Data Modeling and Insights Generation, PBI Dashboard and Report Development, and PowerApps/Workflow Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Modeling and Insights: Design data models to transform raw data into actionable insights, analyzing historical and current data for informed decision-making.

Power BI Development: Create and optimize dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI, utilizing Power Query for sophisticated data models and DAX for data manipulation. Develop and deploy comprehensive Power BI solutions.

PowerApps and Workflow Development: Design and implement applications and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs and ensure solutions are scalable and reliable. Maintain and optimize workflows, integrate solutions with platforms like SharePoint and Teams, and provide training and documentation.

This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

·Data Modeling and Insights Generation:

• Design and map data models to effectively transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Analyze both historical and present data to support informed decision-making.

·PBI Dashboard and Report Development:

• Utilize Power BI to create dynamic, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Enhance and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visual appeal and performance.
• Build sophisticated multi-dimensional data models using Power Query.
• Execute DAX queries and functions to manipulate data within Power BI.
• Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive Power BI solutions and reporting tools.

·PowerApps/Workflow Development

• Design, develop, and implement applications and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing workflows to improve performance and user experience.

• Ensure the scalability and reliability of PowerApps solutions in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps applications and workflows.
• Integrate PowerApps solutions with other Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
• Provide technical documentation and training to end-users and team members.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience with knowledge management tools, including Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Expertise in metadata tagging, and content auditing to maintain data integrity.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate into actionable insights for management.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred:

• Prior experience leading global or cross-functional knowledge management teams.
• Deep understanding of tax-related knowledge materials, industry terminology, and regulatory updates.
• Experience in workflow automation and process optimization related to knowledge sharing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content management tools.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams in a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing internal communications and training materials.
