Roles & responsibilities

We are currently hiring for the position of a Senior member within our BOI UK team. As part of this team, you will be working directly with the PE (Private Equity) Channel Sector Executive.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting of PE channel revenue and pipeline information. This is enabled through the careful maintenance of CRM and sentinel account information for PE accounts.

Additionally, this role supports the PE Leadership team (PE segment leads) with the provision of detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and enable sustained growth. In addition to this, you will be responsible for;

 

•Complete understanding of the PE structure. •Manage the PE portfolio company movements in CRM and Sentinel. •Liaison with CRM team to update PE tagging. •Support annual business and PE account planning with preparation of revenue and pipeline data feeds. •Creation of PE revenue segment files for PE leadership team which will help them to make informed business decisions. •Support the Sector Executive by preparing presentations and decks for the leadership meetings. •Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and accuracy in reporting •Identify and implement opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency  

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (Expert) •Analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to prioritise work and to meet deadlines in a demanding environment •Good organisation and financial skills with a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail •Familiar with CRM and Sentinel systems •Excellent communication both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills •Team-oriented •Able to work with discretion due to the sensitive nature of the role

Educational qualifications - 

Bachelor's Degree required from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute – major in Finance preferred

Work experience - 

A graduate must have a minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
