In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and support of tools that create and maintain efficient processes for our team. What You’ll Do  

• Work with local markets to understand their end-to-end process 

• Review and redesign existing processes to improve efficiencies 

• Conduct root causes analysis and identify alternative solutions  

• Collaborate with the training team to develop materials and train to superusers and end users 

• Coordinate with the deployment manager to ensure the strategic plan is followed 

• Translate business problems into action items for product teams to follow 

• Lead the team through the organizational change process 

• Report back to the product owner on the feedback and development from markets 

 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in business analysis 

• Experience in M&E operations 

• Skilled in Microsoft Office 

• Proactive research to understand end user impact of new processes 

• Self-directed 

• Collaborative approach; able to work well with global teams 

• Conscientious of internal and external factors when making critical decisions 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multiple languages preferred)
