What you will do:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with AO internal and cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and be able to provide efficient solutions 

• Own and evolve key reporting platforms, ensure data integrity and produce reports using dashboards and metrics to measure progress 

• Contribute with data and insights in OiS wide forums and communications (e.g. review forums, SharePoint sites, …) 

• Drive data integrity and alignment with the global AO teams and other stakeholders 

• Set standards, frameworks, and governance for analytics practices 

• Support in complex, cross -functional initiatives (e.g. in digitalization, use of AI)  

• Build and maintain an active network with other analysts to continuously learn and develop analytics processes, tools and solutions 

• Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements 
• OnePPM administrator 

What you will need:

Required Qualification:

• ​Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field 

• ​2 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment​​​​ 
• ​​​Strong understanding of predictive/advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools 

• ​Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is desirable 

• ​Proficiency in Microsoft suite 

Preferred Qualification:

• ​Proactive problem solving, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities 

• ​Passion for continuous improvement and learning 

• ​Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail 

• ​Strong proficiency in SQL server and relational databases. 

• ​Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SharePoint.​​ 

Travel Percentage: 10%
