Role Purpose

Mode 2 Project Management for Chatbot - ILA and Drishti. Solve Business Problems with implementation of Chatbot Projects.

Role Accountability

Person should be able to carry out following responsibilities to be successful in this role:

  1. Person is required to work with development partners to ensure the execution of projects in a timely manner with expected quality
  2. Keep track of all IT projects for AI stack. He/She will be responsible to drive IT-function monthly meeting with business leader and all relevant stakeholders to prioritize the IT projects and provide status of ongoing projects for business function
  3. Build a strong understanding of business processes across lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
  4. Perform automation eligibility study for existing manual processes
  5. Apply AI technology stack and create To Be process solution for automation 
  6. Create project plan, drive both business & IT teams to work with plan, identify project risks and put mitigations or do timely escalation for help needed.
  7. Working with business product owners & category heads to help them reach IT solutions for their digital needs. Person needs to design the IT solutions and review periodically with technical vendor teams.
  8. Bring technical experience on handling projects involving AI technologies.
  9. Program Management - Managing technology delivery of projects and programs for AI Platform. This includes Bimodal projects and Mode-1 programs etc.
  10. Person should have a strong understanding of program management. He/She should be able to create project plan, drive both business & IT teams to work with plan, identify project/program risks and put mitigations or do timely escalation for help needed. 
  11. Person should publish program dashboard to keep all stakeholders updated
  12. Person is required to work on determining program budget, preparing a board note for obtaining the program approval and executing program within approved budget. Person is also required to plan for operating expenses.
  13. Working with business product owners & category heads to help them reach IT solutions for their digital needs. Person needs to design the IT solutions and review periodically with technical vendor teams.
  14. Manage project timelines and cost ensuring highest quality and adherence to technology best practices and IT security requirements.
  15. Keep him/her self updated with latest technology trends in the industry and try and implement best suited technology changes within the opportunities provided by our business landscape.
  16. Project Execution: 
  17. Create & Review Functional and Technical designs
  18. Evaluate the reliability and scalability of solutions created for implementation
  19. Work with the business teams for requirement analysis and prioritization of projects
  20. Participate in Design and development of Conversational AI platforms
  21. Ability to create & review conversation paths keeping in mind these needs
  22. Engage with business stakeholders in peer group as well as leadership level
  23. Ensure timely implementation of mode 2 projects for ILA and Drishti
  24. Ability to handle 3 - 4 parallel projects in mode 2 streams
  25. Create customer awareness through campaigns post feature launch for ILA and CSA awareness post feature launch on Drishti
  26. Manage Partner teams by setting clear expectations regarding solution delivery and timelines for project delivery
  27. Ensure adherence to design principles through functional and technical design reviews for features and enhancements being developed on ILA and Drishti

Measures of Success 

  1. On time project completion
  2. Number of parallel projects
  3. Quality of delivery (All P1 / P2 closure at the time of production delivery)

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Hands on experience with development of Digital Applications using Java, Node.js, Oracle DB
  2. Good understanding of web/App server setup (Apache, Weblogic etc.)
  3. Certifications (Good to have) 
  4. PMP / CSM

Competencies critical to the role

  1. Functional and Technical understanding of Digital Front end application (Chatbot, Website or Mobile app)
  2. Drive innovation with relevant benchmarking and research for feasibility & functional Fit
  3. Proficient in managing applications with 3 - tier architecture
  4. Good Project Management skills
  5. Good Communication Skills
  6. Good Team management skills

Qualification 

B.Tech; MBA is preferred
