Your new role

 

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering timely and accurate payroll for employees across multiple countries, with a primary focus on Europe/US/Netherlands/Australia/ APAC region. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, and compliance with local statutory requirements.

 

What will you do:

  • Manage and process payroll data for employees across Europe /US /Netherlands /Australia /APAC countries
  • Collaborate with external payroll vendors to support monthly payroll processing, reporting, and statutory compliance
  • Assist in the validation of payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring alignment with employment contracts, internal policies, and legal requirements
  • Perform data audits and reconciliations across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support global payroll transformation efforts, including vendor transitions and automation initiatives
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to address queries, reporting needs, and cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain payroll documentation and help ensure alignment with global processes and local statutory frameworks
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline payroll processes and enhance service delivery

  • 6–10 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to Europe /US /Netherlands /Australia/APAC countries
  • Familiarity with Europe/US/Netherlands/Australia/APAC statutory requirements and payroll legislation is a strong advantage
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Solid Excel and analytical skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with third-party vendors in a multi-country payroll environment
  • Ability to work across teams and time zones in a collaborative, structured, and proactive way
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and support evolving global payroll needs with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in contributing to process enhancements and knowledge-sharing across the global payroll function
