Job Title : Pitch and Marketing Analyst

Location: Gurugram

Work timings: 7am-4pm IST

About the Role: You will work closely as an extension of the Australian Leasing Advisory Pursuits team, which is collaborative and high performing. Your key stakeholders will be the Pursuits lead for the Australian business, and a team of commercial Leasing Advisory agents across 5 Australian cities. As a Pitch and Marketing Analyst you will responsible to elevate the quality of our pitch materials by bridging marketing expertise, visual storytelling, and project management excellence. This role will serve as the critical link between agents, the Pursuits team, and our design function—ensuring submissions are strategically strong, visually compelling, and efficiently delivered.

What this job involves

• Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with strong organizational rigor, coordinating workflows between internal stakeholders, agents, and the design team

• Elevate pitch materials by ensuring design and messaging work cohesively to communicate client value and meet agent expectations for visual quality

• Establish and maintain clear timelines, structure, and accountability across all projects to ensure efficient delivery without compromising quality

• Act as the primary bridge between agents, Pursuits, and design teams, supporting the design function during capacity peaks

• Reinforce the value of the Bid Centre of Excellence through exceptional execution, consistency in content and visual standards, and reliable delivery

Required Qualifications

• Marketing background with demonstrated appreciation for visual design principles

• Proven project management experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups

• Portfolio or examples demonstrating visual thinking and attention to design quality

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to maintain structure under pressure
