Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asst Manager Electrical with a strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering, for high rise residential project.

About The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong MEP background, with emphasis on electrical & mechanical systems.
• Minimum of 7 -10 years of project experience including high rise building.
• Mandatory high rise building with Mivan shuttering experience (at last one projects).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Coordinate MEP, civil, landscape and associated works to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports and documentation.
• Oversee all MEP services, with particular focus on electrical.
• Review and validate technical designs, drawings, BOQs and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Working with multi-discipline functional members, including Civil, Mechanical engineer and Safety Manager.
• Ensure alignment, coordination, and communication across all disciplines.
• Working with the client and contractor and meet the project requirement.
• Conduct regular update meetings, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
• Drive transparency, professionalism, and proactive communication.
