We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Sourcer

�� Location: Gurugram / Bangalore | BT Group

BT Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of diverse talent aligned to our current and future hiring needs.

What you’ll do:

• Proactively source and engage talent using social platforms, Boolean search, and market mapping tools
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Partner closely with TA Professionals, Hiring Managers, and P&C stakeholders
• Share market insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitor landscape
• Use data and sourcing metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Support inclusive hiring practices and responsible use of AI in recruitment

Ways of working:

• This role follows a hybrid working model:
  Office-based on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with work from home on Wednesday and Thursday
• You will be aligned to UK working hours
• Flexibility is expected to be office-based on additional days where required, for key stakeholder meetings, interviews, or business-critical discussions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in talent sourcing and pipeline building
• Expertise in Boolean search, social recruiting, and ATS/CRM systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in a UK time-zone aligned role
