Job Description

The Sr. Representative, Payroll is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to all Payroll activities for UK team. This position plays a fundamental role in ensuring that payroll records and processing are up-to date and processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Main point of contact for the collection and validation of payroll related data from key stakeholders (ex. Delivery) for processing
• First point of contact for payroll related queries via email or ticketing system from internal customers; effectively resolving within agreed timelines or escalate within the Payroll team as appropriate
• Manage incoming communications (electronic or physical) and distribute appropriately
• Scan documents and maintain filing of payroll records where applicable
• Manage password resets for payroll related tools (where applicable)
• Assist in global work and initiatives as needed
