Accounts Payables Finance Analyst – Finance & Accounts (Gurgaon/India)

 

 

What this job involves:

 

• Key vendor account statement reconciliation

• Key vendor account query resolution (emails via Genesys)

• Key vendor account write-off / cleansing

• Key vendor account engagement sessions / Supplier reviews

• Coordination of AP Escalation mailbox facilitation (emails via Genesys)

• Perform vendor payment runs (Evo Mx, E1)

• Debit balance reconciliation and analysis

• Payment on Time analysis and reporting

• Vendor payment loading (bank upload)

• Audit requests (analysis and samples)

• PeopleSoft Invoice query resolution

• CIS Investigation / Invoice Reviews

• AP Dashboard Reporting (Genesys/Corrigo E1/Evo Mx)

• Supervison of day to day operations (team supervision)

• Evo Mx invoice / credit note match-off distribution

• 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position (working with international teams and clients is preferable).
• Motivated, positive and flexible in approach to work.
• Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.
• Self – supporting; diligent.
• Ability to work methodically and efficiently.
• Process-driven approach to work.
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop.
• Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Intermediate / Advanced PC skills, proficient in Office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel. Including Excel Pivot Tables & Microsoft Access.
• Familiarity with JDE E1 financial is advantageous
