Key Responsibilities:

• Workday recruitment module to release offer letters, changes to the offers etc and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Conduct recruitment audits to ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of recruitment compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to external and internal regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and implement effective strategies.
• Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to help shape future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Workday recruitment module
• Proven track record in managing recruitment audits and compliance.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

On Contract - 6 months
