What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Statutory Reporting & Tax Compliance involves preparation and filing of complex tax returns, prepares monthly/quarterly calculations/ workpapers, recording and reporting of tax transactions and effective tax rate reconciliation. Tax experience in Federal/ State/ International Tax returns Tax Process Design, OneSource experience and proficiency keyword includes:- ("Statutory Reporting","Tax Compliance" "Corporate Tax" Return",Federal,State", International Tax "State Tax Return" This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.
What are we looking for? Qualifications: Commerce Graduate/MBA Finance/CA/CFA/CMA/ICWA •Audit & Control (A&C) •Audit & Control Specialist • Oversee and review the various KPI’s and deliverables of the Quality testing team. • Ensure all required controls are implemented, documented, and monitored to ensure full audit compliance43. * Obtain, analyze, and evaluate documentation, reports, data, and flowcharts to assess control effectiveness44. You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in determining financial outcomes by getting involved and leading team providing planning, forecasting, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard & Ad hoc management reports for region, brands, country, product, Service type etc., providing standardized/ad hoc and insightful level of analyses.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Functional Experience in: • Managing day-to-day Audit Management activities and coordinating between auditors and business process owners. • Leading efforts in Control Design & Remediation to ensure sustainable control improvements and overseeing timely deficiency remediation. • Ensuring all operational policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory standards and consistently adhered to. Communication Should possess excellent communication skills including: • Strong ability to communicate control issues and audit findings clearly and persuasively to management and client counterparts • Confidence in presenting risk and control concepts and training materials to business process teams. • Ensuring an effective communication process is in place with line management and team members Transformation / Ops Improvement Experience • Identifying process gaps and establishing new processes or driving automation initiatives with a focus on enhancing internal controls. • Implementing changes to improve internal controls and financial integrity within assigned processes. • Identifying key operating areas for Operations and supporting the drive for Process Improvement initiatives. Tools • Familiarity with GRC Platforms (Governance, Risk, and Compliance software solutions) for strategic control oversight and tracking • Proficiency in Microsoft Office [especially Excel] for advanced data analysis and complex reporting. • Working knowledge of core systems like SAP for control testing and data extraction purposes.
