Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions.
- Ability to design and implement best practice business changes using SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in complex project scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
