Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (CRE)Location: Guwahati, Assam

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and professional Client Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular physical meetings and continuous engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally during client interactions.
- Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Client Relationship ManagementConduct regular physical meetings with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build long-term trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
- 2. New Business DevelopmentSchedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Present company services and solutions effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, references, and market visits.
- 3. Account Growth & RetentionIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor client engagement and address concerns before they escalate.
- Support contract renewals and repeat business initiatives.
- 4. Market IntelligenceGather market feedback and competitor insights during client visits.
- Share customer requirements, industry trends, and business opportunities with management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting outcomes.
- 5. Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily visit reports and weekly activity reports.
- Maintain CRM and client databases with updated information.
- Track meeting schedules, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of client meetings conducted per month.
- New business opportunities generated.
- Client retention rate.
- Customer satisfaction and relationship score.
- Revenue generated from assigned accounts.
- Timely submission of visit and activity reports.
- Conversion rate from meetings to business opportunities.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage client schedules.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Travel RequirementsRegular local travel within Guwahati and nearby areas for client meetings.
- Possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
