Responsibilities and Roles: -

Job Title: Collection Supervisor Department: Collections / Recovery Reporting To: Operations Manager / Branch Manager Job Summary :The Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the collections team, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues, maintaining compliance with company policies, and achieving collection targets. The role involves team management, performance monitoring, and coordination with internal departments.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of collection executives/agents
• Allocate cases and set daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
• Handle escalated cases and difficult customers
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance in collection practices
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and performance reports
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Coordinate with clients/banks for updates and reporting
• Track recovery progress and implement strategies to improve efficiency
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of cases
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Management)
• 2–5 years of experience in collections/recovery, with team handling experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of collection laws, processes, and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MIS reporting)
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Collection target achievement (%)
• Team productivity and efficiency
• Recovery rate improvement
• Reduction in delinquency / overdue accounts
• Compliance adherence
• Work Conditions: Field + Office work (as required)
• May involve travel and client visits

• DRA certified preferred.
