Job Description
Requirement for DCDP Indo-Chinese Fast Food Cook.
We are hiring a skilled DCDP-level cook for a fast food cart & upcoming cloud kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Expert in Indo-Chinese items such as momos, dumplings, chowmein, fried rice, chicken pakora, french fries, chilli chicken, various asian sauces and chutneys, fish fingers, mutton chop, burgers, etc.
- Good in BBQ and grill items.
- Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during peak hours.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen processes.
- Must be able to clean and cut fish (basic level) and assist in preparation work.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Indo-Chinese / fast food kitchen
- Strong in wok cooking and frying
- Willing to learn new items and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling non-veg, including fish
14-day trial mandatory before final selection.
