Job Description
Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain monthly record.
Maintain proper successful monthly closing time.
Provide accurate information about company /services.
Follow up with customers regarding feedback and service updates.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain customer records and database properly.
Coordinate with sales departments for smooth service.
Generate leads through customer referrals and follow-ups.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Customer handling experience preferred.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
