• Recruit and onboard Sales Managers and Insurance Managers (IM) / Insurance agents
• Drive monthly agent activation and ensure consistent productivity
• Conduct Agent Training & Development programs
• Conduct Sales Manager (SM) Training & Development sessions

JD for Banncassurance-

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cross-selling of life insurance products.
• Generate business through leads and referrals from bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, bank staff, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with bank employees to identify prospective customers and drive sales opportunities.
• Conduct need-based customer meetings and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Provide training and continuous support to bank staff on product knowledge and sales processes.
• Plan and execute lead generation and promotional activities within branch premises.
• Ensure effective follow-up and high conversion of leads into sales.
• Monitor partner performance and support improvement initiatives.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain proper documentation and reporting
