Store Manager – Key Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.
2. Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets by driving customer footfall, increasing average bill value, and ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock verification, expiry control, and minimizing stock loss and shrinkage.
4. Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team by allocating duties, monitoring performance, maintaining discipline, and ensuring effective manpower utilization.
5. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, daily cash reconciliation, and compliance with all financial and operational control procedures.
6. Coordinate with vendors and the warehouse to ensure timely procurement, receipt, and availability of FMCG products while maintaining optimum stock levels.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions to improve store performance.
