Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships
Support sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, reports, and sales data
Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution
Manage documentation, billing, and record keeping
Monitor inventory, orders, and dispatch status if required
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Maintain CRM/database and update daily reports
