Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Handle installation, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial and medical gas systems.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding gas applications and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with plant and operations teams for smooth supply and service activities.
- Conduct site visits for technical inspections and customer requirements.
- Maintain records of service reports, technical issues, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and breakdown handling of gas-related equipment.
Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities for industrial and medical gases.
- Visit customers regularly for sales promotion and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts departments for timely payment collection.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial gases or engineering products.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling ability.
- Knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and site support.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in technical sales, industrial products, or gas industry preferred.
Salary
- Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
