Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a person who can help sell and rent properties like houses, flats, and land. The job includes talking to customers, showing properties, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to customers and understand their needs
  • Show properties to buyers or tenants
  • Explain property details clearly
  • Help in buying, selling, or renting process
  • Follow up with clients regularly
  • Maintain basic records of clients and deals

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of property/real estate
  • Friendly and confident personality
  • Ability to convince customers
  • Minimum Undergraduate

Optional (Good to Have):

  • Experience in sales or real estate
  • Knowledge of local areas and property prices

Salary:

  • Salary + Commission on deals
