Job Description
Key Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Plumbing Engineer/Designer: Creates, reviews, and updates detailed CAD/Revit layout plans for water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Electrical Engineer (MEP): Designs, tests, and oversees electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- MEP Site Engineer/Supervisor: Coordinates on-site installation, monitors quality, and ensures compliance with design drawings and safety regulations for both electrical and plumbing works. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Facilities Manager/Maintenance Technician: Manages daily facility operations, performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on both plumbing and electrical systems. [1, 2, 3]
- Estimation Engineer (PHE/Electrical): Calculates project costs, prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and reviews technical documents for tenders. [1, 2, 3]
